No matter their age or socio-economic background, women share three common stressors…Men, Money and Hormones! Admittedly not an expert on men and still a student herself on dealing with both money issues and hormonal hell, Tamara takes a candid look at the stages of a woman’s life. She explores what women believe to be society’s expectations and how they affect our goals and dreams. She illustrates that through our own growth process we must finally learn that we are “enough.” In this entertaining and insightful topic, Tamara again draws upon her personal stories and her experience as an attorney helping women transform their lives after the death of a spouse or a costly divorce. Join Tamara and celebrate the challenges, the pleasures, the tears, the fears…and the fun of being a woman!
Tamara has worked from the courtroom to the boardroom!
Her greatest passion, however, is helping women, despite challenges, obstacles and adversities, to realize their purpose, master their goals, and to manifest their dreams. Tamara received her BA, JD and LLM from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida and practiced law for over twenty years. As a counselor –at- law and life advisor, she drew on her personal experiences and legal background to successfully guide women through major life challenges and transitions. Wanting to share her experiences, strategies and techniques she utilized for overcoming life’s challenges with a greater audience Tamara picked up a pen and a microphone, adding author and speaker to her resume’.
Although her professional credentials have provided her with a wealth of knowledge and experience, her personal challenges and accomplishments provide the empathetic insight and inspiration that enable her to reach into the soul of her audience and impart her wisdom and motivation with both tears and laughter. Tamara is an adversity expert. She talks candidly about overcoming an eating disorder, caring for a mentally and physically challenged parent and rebuilding a life after Hurricanes Andrew and Charley. Tamara has made the tough decisions personally and professionally. She has weathered the storms and has come out on the other side stronger, happier, successful and with her self-worth and integrity intact. As a professional life adviser, author and speaker, she encourages those she touches to “Shift the Power!” within and create the life that they have dared to dream!
